These terms apply when you use littlelinguistclub.com or purchase from The Little Linguist Club ("we," "us").
What we sell
We offer educator-designed vocabulary kits and related materials for ages 3–6, primarily through subscriptions. Product contents, edition (Lite vs Original), and delivery cadence are described on our homepage and pricing pages.
Orders & pricing
Prices, taxes, and shipping or pickup options are shown at checkout. We may change pricing or offerings with notice where required. Errors or misprints may be corrected before acceptance of your order.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you agree to Stripe's terms and privacy practices in addition to ours.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew according to the plan you select until you cancel. You may pause, change, or cancel as described in our FAQ and through the Stripe customer billing portal linked from your account emails or our site.
Shipping & fulfillment
We ship physical kits to the address you provide. Timeframes may vary; we will communicate significant delays when practicable. Denver local pickup is available only when offered at checkout and follows the instructions in our FAQ.
Returns, refunds & damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, email hello@littlelinguistclub.com within 5 days of delivery with photos. We will work with you on a replacement or refund for qualifying issues. Because kits are made-to-ship educational goods, other returns may be limited once an order has shipped; contact us and we will review your situation.
